  • FACT SHEET: Child Abuse Statistics August 2007.
  • Arizona Child Protective Services Reports: Reports since 1997.
  • Arizona Child Fatality Review Team: Presents annual reports from the extensive review of records of Arizona children who have died. Identifies the cause, circumstances and preventability of child deaths.
  • Arizona Vital Statistics: The Vital Statistics section of the Office of Epidemiology and Statistics examines vital events and provides information on health status of Arizonans through various statistical reports and direct requests.
  • Child Welfare League of America: Provides descriptive information on the condition of vulnerable children in Arizona, using indicators of child protection, health, child care, education, and income support.
  • Child Welfare Outcomes 2003: Annual Report - Arizona Outcomes Data: This series of annual reports is required by the Adoption and Safe Families Act (ASFA). The purpose is to present data on State performance in meeting the needs of children and families who come into contact with the child welfare system, focusing specifically on the "outcomes," or results, for these children.
  • Children in the States: Arizona Profile: by Children's Defense Fund.
  • Children's Action Alliance: Research publications and fact sheets to inform community leaders and decision-makers about the condition of Arizona's children and what works best to improve their lives.
  • CLIKS Online Data: From the Annie E. Casey Foundation, has County-City-Community level information on kids. This website brings together data on the well-being of children collected by KIDS COUNT grantees from state and local sources. The system allows users to access state-specific inventories of data from local sources, such as health departments, human services agencies, and schools.
  • KIDS COUNT Profile for Arizona: The Annie E. Casey Foundation funds a nationwide network of state-level KIDS COUNT projects that provide a detailed picture of the condition of children.
